Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the data analysis support of the team: from the comprehensive perspectives of basic monitoring, task tracking, change positioning, opportunity mining, etc., build various analysis and prediction models to solve the goals and output solutions 2. Do a good job in industry recognition: through industry operation analysis, delivery data decomposition, creative content research, conversion population insights, etc., output strategy methodology to promote better achievement of revenue indicators 3. Assist the team in the accumulation of business capabilities: standardize data applications, productize analytical capabilities, and systematize team training to clarify guidelines, enhance capabilities, and improve efficiency for daily work.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet business analysis, business analysis, or advertising product operation, industry operation 2. Data sensitivity, clear logic, strong business understanding, able to gain business insights from data, clearly understand business priorities and conditions, produce structured analysis, and form clear business perspectives 3. Active thinking, maintain curiosity and keen pursuit of knowledge, have the ability and desire to think deeply, connect and find cross-industry opportunities 4. Good communication, coordination and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, and have a high degree of responsibility, strong execution and promotion capabilities.
