Responsibilities
1. Deeply participate in the art production process of game projects, use technical means to solve complex problems related to art, and improve the efficiency and quality of art production 2. Work closely with the art team to understand their needs, and provide targeted technical support and solutions 3. Develop and optimize art production tools and plug-ins, combine industry cutting-edge technologies and actual projects to promote the automation and intelligence of art work processes 4. Responsible for technical evaluation and optimization of art resources to ensure efficient operation and visual performance of resources on different platforms 5. Research and introduce new art technologies and work processes, organize internal technology sharing and training, and improve the overall technical level of the team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, digital media, computer graphics, art design and other related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of technical and art-related work experience in the game industry, and those with successful game projects are preferred 3. Familiar with at least one mainstream 3D modeling software (such as Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, etc.), have a good aesthetic, and have an in-depth understanding of model animation, material texture, lighting rendering, and art production pipelines 4. Proficient in at least one programming language (such as C++, C#, Python, etc.), have certain programming capabilities, and be able to independently develop simple art tools and plug-ins be familiar with the principles of computer graphics, understand real-time rendering technology, be familiar with the implementation methods of common art performance, and master the graphic performance optimization methods of different platforms 5. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to effectively convey technical information, and work in collaboration with multiple departments such as art and procedures 6. Maintain a high degree of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning for new technologies, and have strong self-driven and problem-solving skills.
