- To ensure option satisfaction of all occupiers of the Facilities

- Receive and record all occupier complaints and requests.

- File documents.

- Prepare complaint summary.

- Issue work order for technicians.

- Prepare and keep record of equipment and tool history

- File all engineering documents.

- Issue purchasing requests / orders.

- Prepare a monthly inventory report.

- Produce a stationery report.

- Keep update on building asset codes.

- Receive occupier suggestions and complaints.

- Gather information for preparing monthly report.

- Type all letters and announcement sheets.

- Prepare a monthly petty cash report.

- Call and make the appointment with all contractors.

- To assist all other members of staff in fulfilling their jobs.
