Commercial Banking (CMB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.To assist the preparation and follow up on all documentation relating to credit facilities.
2.Effectively liaise with Operation Dept. to follow up on customer's daily transactions, ensure the transaction can be completed in timely & accurately manner.
3.To support Relationship Manager (RM) in delivering high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationship with existing customers.
4.To maintain service enhancement by assisting RM in cultivating the Sales& Service culture, in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers satisfaction.
5.To perform related system input and checking, such as: CARM, Spreading, MRA , CV, ORC and etc.
6.To assist in management reporting and updating information in both regular& ad hoc basis.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related discipline is preferred.
2.2 years banking related working experience, preferably in credit operation/ sales related position.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Good analytical thinking, attention to details, well organized.
5.Able to work under pressure and meet strictly deadline.
6.Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy e.g. MS Office.
