Responsibilities
1. Provide project management improvement consulting and process platform solutions for medium and large enterprise groups 2. Establish and maintain long-term and effective cooperative relationships with customers, provide planning suggestions for improving management efficiency for customers through rich professional knowledge and keen industry insights, output product influence, and become a trustworthy and reliable work partner for customers 3. Lead project management improvement related consulting services, identify key application scenarios, determine solutions and implementation plans, and lead the team to use project management tools in depth 4. Continue to maintain the enthusiasm for learning new technologies, new products, and new markets, based on benchmark customer scenarios, continuously accumulate and accumulate customer success stories and industry best practices, and pay attention to the successful delivery and continuous service of strategic customers.
Qualifications
1. Have front-line consulting and implementation experience in the fields of enterprise management and IT consulting related in industries such as finance, real estate, manufacturing, etc. 2. Proficient in consulting and implementation methods for software and hardware product project management, and have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Excellent research and analysis skills, accurate judgment, rich imagination and creativity 4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong desire for knowledge, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork skills 5.
