Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the formulation of internal and external channel operation strategies and plans, and coordinating the issuance and operation of multiple platforms & channels
2. Formulate operation strategies at different stages and promote implementation, continuously improve resource efficiency, and target reservations, new acquisitions, retention, etc. Responsible
3. Establish good cooperative relationships with all channels, coordinate & solve various problems that arise in cross-department communication
4. Take the initiative to try and explore innovative volume driving models on each platform based on product characteristics , and continuously expand the traffic pool.

Qualifications

1. Applicants with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the game industry, channel operation experience are preferred
2. Love games, have a strong interest in FPS or MMO products and have In-depth experience
3. Have rich experience in platform rules, material production, delivery efficiency, event design and promotion, content cooperation and other modules
4. Have traffic operation thinking and data sensitivity, and be able to operate according to the Operational data, linking resources from all parties, and helping products achieve release targets.
