Job Description

General Summary:
Good grasp of radio communication theory and digital signal processing are required. . Solid understanding of fundamentals of wireless communication physical and MAC layer concepts is required. . Strong hands-on capability and extensive experience of system modeling and performance analysis are required. . Research or development experience for OFDM/OFDMA based systems is required. . Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.
1 .Familiar with wireless communication and the latest wireless technology. In recent years, the research field is one of large-scale antenna technology, channel coding, multiple access technology, millimeter wave, IoT Internet of Things, etc.
2. In-depth understanding of 4G / 5G network architecture, a solid understanding of the basic concepts of PHY / MAC / RLC / PDCP / RCC layers of WCDMA / LTE / NR
3. Understand Web / TCP / IP, standard IETF and open source projects Priority
4. Familiarity with the workflow of CCSA and other standard organizations is preferred
5. Strong hands-on ability and rich experience in system modeling and performance analysis, with relatively Strong programming ability, familiar with Matlab, C/C++
6. Good English communication skills, able to write technical documents and manuscripts in both Chinese and English
7. Master or Ph.D. Postgraduate degree, major in communication engineering, electronics, computer or related fields, doctoral candidates are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
advanced 5G PHY/MAC techniques design, modeling and performance analysis. System design, modeling and performance analysis, including one or more of : . 5G key techniques, include channel coding, MIMO, interference mitigation, and multiple access . massive MIMO system design, modeling and analysis . feature and systems for new vertical markets, e.g., IOT and V2X . Voice and video system modeling and performance ana analysis
Direction 1: Responsible for China's 4G / 5G technology PHY/MAC algorithm research and system design
Direction 2: Responsible for the standardization of mobile terminals and mobile applications related to China's 4G / 5G technology
