General Summary:
Good grasp of radio communication theory and digital signal processing are required. . Solid understanding of fundamentals of wireless communication physical and MAC layer concepts is required. . Strong hands-on capability and extensive experience of system modeling and performance analysis are required. . Research or development experience for OFDM/OFDMA based systems is required. . Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.
1.熟线通信最新线技术，年究领域在大模天线技术，信编，多技术，毫米波，IoT物等方之一；
2.深入了解4G / 5G络架，对WCDMA / LTE / NRPHY / MAC /RLC / PDCP / RCC基本念有扎实解；
3.了解Web / TCP / IP，准IETF开项目优先 ；
4.熟CCSA其他准织工作程优先；
5.有较强动手能力丰富系统建模性能分验, 有较强程设计能力，熟MatlabC/C++；
6.良好英语沟通能力，能够中英文写技术文件文稿；
7.硕士或士究学历，业为通信工程计算机或相关方，士究优先

System design, modeling and performance analysis, including one or more of: . 5G key techniques, include channel coding, MIMO, interference mitigation, and multiple access . massive MIMO system design, modeling and analysis . feature and systems for new vertical markets, e.g., IOT and V2X . Voice and video system modeling and performance analysis
