Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Taoyuan City. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, product information, and order coordination. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams, and ensuring on-time delivery and high service quality. The role involves tracking sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, supporting product introductions, and providing regular account status updates. The Account Manager will also assist with contract negotiations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems.

Qualifications

Customer relationship management and account servicing skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide timely, accurate support.
Sales and business development abilities, such as opportunity identification, basic negotiation, and follow-up on leads in technical component markets.
Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, forecasting, and use of CRM or related tools for tracking activities and performance.
Willing to travel 2 to 4 times a year for EXPO in Europe and North America
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support local and international customers.
Ability to work on-site in Taoyuan City, manage multiple accounts concurrently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Acoustic science or material sceience background is a plus
