Responsibilities

Production Process Review: Conduct on site reviews of manufacturing processes at partner facilities to ensure compliance with technical requirements and process standards.
Yield Management and Issue Resolution: Lead on site root cause analysis for production anomalies and drive rapid corrective actions to maintain yield targets during ramp up.
Manufacturing Execution and Automation: Oversee the bring up and qualification of automated production lines, ensuring assembly processes including alignment and curing meet performance requirements.
Quality and Cosmetic Monitoring: Monitor factory floor quality metrics and cosmetic inspection results, ensuring partner processes effectively filter defects to meet shipping quality standards.
