What You'll Do

Partner closely with the Director of Sales and Account Executive to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Own and deliver against an annual new-business sales quota for EBSCO Information Services products.
Proactively identify and qualify customer needs, prepare quotes and pricing, and coordinate product trials when appropriate.
Build strong relationships through regular face-to-face engagement—averaging at least 40 in-person customer or prospect visits per month.
Develop and execute a territory and sales strategy to grow pipeline and close opportunities.
Become a subject-matter expert in EBSCO products and the competitive landscape.
Gather and share market insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Travel approximately 50% of the time, including conferences, customer visits, and sales meetings.
Maintain accurate administration and reporting, including a dedicated office day each Friday.

About Yo

uFluent in spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred
.At least 4 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally selling to government, education, or corporate organizations
.Comfortable with frequent regional travel and managing a remote schedule
.Strong communicator with proven relationship-building, follow-up, and closing skills
.Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
.Currently living within the territory (Malaysia or Singapore)
.Valid driver's license and a solid driving record
