Key Responsibilities:

-To promote our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.

-To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements.

-To identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

-To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

-To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-To identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other outreach efforts.

-To respond to incoming email and phone enquiries

-To develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company's security technology and services offerings

-To attend phone calls, handling mail and offering administrative advice when needed, provides information by answering questions and requests.

-To prepare quotation and follow up on confirmation status

-To liaise with client on manpower deployment and/or any update/requirement of the event

-To completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects Once project confirmed, prepare necessary document to Operations/HR

-To undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the security technology or services industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of security technology and services, including cybersecurity, physical security, and security consulting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
