Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in NextJS and Reach JS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the user interface for a healthcare portal focused on client onboarding and reporting functionalities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs while ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for the healthcare portal using NextJS and Reach JS.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Maintain and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the application.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience with NextJS (Deal Breaker Skill).
Strong knowledge of Reach JS and its application in frontend development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the healthcare domain or working on healthcare-related applications.
Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
