Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring they meet production standards. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image analysis tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the integration of AI models into scalable production environments, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
Strong understanding of generative AI model implementation and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
Ability to develop and maintain production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and performance.
Skilled in integrating AI solutions such as chatbots and image processing into broader systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
