Ihre Aufgaben

Field support to customers in SPIL customer
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales service and support to customers.
Manage all facts of customer retention, including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
Develop customer-specific procedures, and main task is related to management on equipment performance, CIP driving, manpower arrangement, field service and parts order processing.
Assist and manage return materials authorization processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are completed with speed and accuracy.
Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts
Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement
Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems and well discipline of management
Execute escalation procedure with formal supervisory responsibilities.

Ihr Profil

Working experience is required 10 years or above; experienced in Coat & Bond or semiconductor equipment is plus
Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus
Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
Language-English skill is required B2 at least; Language -German is plus
