Essential Functions

Follow SOPs and batch records
Execute conjugation and purification of conjugated antibodies
Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots lab equipment
Collaborative with other team member to ensure high level of productivity
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Able to accomplish goals under strict timelines
Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience

A collage degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech or related discipline.
Highly organized with multi-tasking and strong determination for delivering results.
Take the initiative on difficult tasks proactively.
Responsible for staying up to date on knowledge to drive process improvements.
Proven ability to motivate a team effectively and build a positive team environment.
Demonstrate respect in the workplace and encourage productivity and growth.
Strong work ethic and firm grasp of company policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience

Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
Working knowledge of Quality Management System.
Previous exposure to Business Intelligence Systems.
