Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and networks.
Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview journey.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5–6 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
Proven track record of filling complex or senior-level roles.
Expertise in sourcing techniques able to identify and leverage all the resource in candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication skills for managing candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Strong negotiation skills to close competitive employment offers.
Headhunting or executive search background is highly preferred.
