ANKH Executive is supporting a globally established, Swiss-headquartered banking technology provider in appointing two Senior Sales Executives for the Asia region. The organisation has key operations, solution expertise and pre-sales support managed from Luxembourg.

This Singapore-based role is focused on enterprise sales of banking software solutions into financial institutions. Private banking and wealth management remain important target environments, but the mandate is now also open to senior sales professionals from core banking, transaction banking and adjacent enterprise banking technology backgrounds.

The successful candidates will cover selected Asia markets, with priority relevance across Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. The role includes existing account development, active pipeline conversion, new-logo acquisition, client presentations and demos, RFI/RFP ownership and complex software contract closure.

The position offers a high level of autonomy, senior reporting access and Luxembourg-based pre-sales support. The Sales Executive will own the A-to-Z sales process, while technical preparation and RFI/RFP groundwork will be supported by specialist teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute territory and strategic sales plans across selected Asia markets
Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, wealth managers and regulated financial institutions
Manage existing accounts and active regional pipeline while developing new prospects and new-logo opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and signature
Lead client presentations, demonstrations and workshops with Luxembourg pre-sales support
Own and sign off RFI/RFP responses, with preparation and technical input from internal specialists
Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
Build executive-level relationships and identify C-level sponsors within key opportunities
Maintain CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and weekly sales reporting
Represent the organisation at banking, wealth management, fintech and financial technology industry events

REQUIRED PROFILE

Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in banking software, financial technology, core banking, transaction banking, private banking technology, wealth management technology or financial services software
Software/platform sales exposure into banks, wealth managers, private banks, universal banks or regulated financial institutions
Strong sales track record in Asia, ideally including Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore or Vietnam
Private banking / wealth management software experience is valuable; core banking, transaction banking and adjacent banking technology sales backgrounds will also be considered
Relevant knowledge of banking technology environments including core banking, transaction banking, payments, cash management, treasury, trade finance, digital banking, private banking or wealth management platforms
Track record managing complex sales cycles, RFI/RFP processes, demos, commercial proposals and contract negotiation
Ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and executive leadership
Strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy and account planning capability
English mandatory; Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese or other relevant regional language capability is a strong advantage; French is nice to have
Singapore-based candidates preferred; candidates with prior Singapore experience or clear ability to be based in Singapore may be considered
