Role Purpose

You're a strategic operator who identifies high-impact opportunities across our portfolio and helps turn them into commercial success. You'll work on new markets, category-defining products, and complex cross-portfolio GTM opportunities.

You focus on outcomes: pipeline contribution, acquisition economics, revenue attribution, and time-to-market. You make clear growth vs. profitability trade-offs and spot cross-sell, bundling, and platform opportunities that siloed teams may miss.

Creativity differentiates: you bring fresh thinking to tired categories, craft campaigns that connect human-to-human, and challenge formulaic approaches when the opportunity calls for something bolder.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Market entry strategy: sequencing, positioning, and target segments for multi-product launches

• How products complement, extend, or redefine our value proposition

• Enterprise acquisition opportunities across airlines, e-commerce platforms, corporate clients, and hospitality

• Cross-portfolio synergies and bundling opportunities

• White-space opportunities across segments and use cases

• Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and partnerships teams to address growth opportunities

• Strategic inputs to CMO on portfolio decisions and resource allocation

• Commercial performance: channel mix, segment prioritization, and monthly business impact reporting

What matters in this role:

Experience: 6–10 years in B2B or B2C marketing (Tech, CPG, fintech, payments), with a strong track record of strategic and commercial impact.

Market Entry & GTM: Experience launching products or brands in new markets, building categories, or driving rapid growth. Strong understanding of pipeline and revenue attribution.

Commercial Acumen: Comfortable working with business metrics such as pipeline, CAC, LTV, unit economics, and ROI. Able to assess growth vs. margin trade-offs and make commercially sound recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across product, sales, and partnerships on complex initiatives. Able to align stakeholders, solve problems, and drive execution without relying on formal authority.

Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots across products and identify cross-sell, bundling, and platform opportunities. Think beyond individual products and functions.

Creative Marketing & H2H Mindset: Understand that B2B and B2C are both H2H (human to human). Bring fresh, unconventional thinking and know when to use proven playbooks versus create a new approach.

High Autonomy: Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, making decisions with incomplete information, moving quickly, and adapting as new information emerges.

Preferred: Emerging markets/Global South experience, enterprise customer marketing, or experience with merchant-first or underbanked business models.
