Job Purpose:

Window to customer for all quality related. Feedback any customer quality concern/quality defect information to factory;
Lead factory to do corrective actions for customer complaint issues and continuous quality improvements;
Work with sales to build solid relationship with customers and work with team to provide good quality and service to exceed customer expectations.
