About the role

We are partnering with a reputable private bank to appoint a Document Specialist. In this role, you will support client account maintenance and documentation processes, ensuring records are accurately maintained and regulatory requirements are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the timely processing of client requests while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client account maintenance requests and documentation updates, ensuring instructions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Verify client information and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Review onboarding and account-related documentation, including tax and due diligence forms, and identify any discrepancies or missing information.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and facilitate smooth processing.
Support periodic client reviews, remediation projects, and regulatory initiatives.
Maintain high standards of operational risk awareness, controls, and service quality.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in Private Banking Operations, Client Services, Account Maintenance, Client Onboarding, or KYC/CDD.
Knowledge of private banking documentation and regulatory requirements, including FATCA, CRS, and client due diligence processes.
Familiarity with account opening, account maintenance, or client lifecycle management workflows would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy.
Effective communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
