BNP Paribas India Solutions is an equal partner in these IT functions along with colleagues in other locations including Paris, London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore & Hong Kong. This partnership ranges from sharing the IT workload, executing global strategy to owning global applications offshore. The technology and engineering landscape is wide, encompassing almost all techniques and platforms. It continues to evolve and transform with the market with the business continuing to invest in it.

Position Purpose

Position is to fulfill requirement of DotNet fullstack Developer covering. in ISPL GM IT GARDA IT Dev team with needful exposure on design/ implementation / enhancements of software applications with known best practices addressing requirements. Need to own application deliveries with needful technical and domain expertise by working closely with developers and users across different geographical locations of team to cover target DEV deliverables in application road map.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

The role will require an accomplished DotNet, SQL developer covering below responsibilities -

Working as One team approach with Developersand supportteamsacrossdifferent locationsto implement new functionality following standards based on information provided by specifications from assigned tasks.
Ensure to follow technical and architecture standards where applicable during assigned deliveries implementation on time
Owningquality ofdeliverables assigned with needful test coverage.
Undertake peer reviews of implemented code as directed.
Owning application knowledge library (wiki) and keep up to date in line with enhancements in each sprint.
Representing during release and working with APS team with needful collaboration to ensure pre and post release validation to fulfill.
Ensure to own and follow governance practices in place forDEVteam and continuous learning.
Train juniors in teamin order toensure knowledge sharing and backup.
Adopt and Own to the strategic direction of the new platform
Ensure assigned deliveries are fulfilled with target definition of done coverage (Impact analysis/ solution identification/ documentation/ estimation/ implementation/ testing/ peer review/e.t.c)
Own application dev support ensuring user queries addressed on time and application availability.

Contributing Responsibilities

Contributeinidentification of technical debt of application and to plan for addressing the same on time.
Contribute towardsinitiatives to improve processes and delivery.

Specific Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience along with Master Degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in similar domain.
