This role sits within the Jordan Marketplace Sales organization and is responsible for driving Jordan's wholesale business across Taiwan. You will bring Jordan's marketplace strategy, seasonal priorities, and premium consumer experiences to life by serving as a key connector across cross-functional teams and external partners — ensuring alignment on commercial priorities, marketplace execution, and sustainable business growth.
We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven marketplace leader with deep experience in wholesale or account management. You can translate Jordan Brand priorities into actionable account strategies, drive seasonal execution excellence, and build mutually beneficial partnerships that accelerate revenue growth while elevating marketplace distinction in Taiwan.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills. You are comfortable navigating complex business environments, influencing across teams, and independently leading strategic account initiatives from planning through execution.

What You'll Work On

As Expert, TW Sales, Jordan GC, you will lead Jordan's account-facing commercial execution across Taiwan, translating brand and seasonal priorities into account-level growth plans, elevated marketplace experiences, and healthy end-to-end business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external account partners, you will own key account relationships and drive seasonal business performance across revenue planning, sell-in, shipment management, sell-through optimization, inventory management, fleet development, and retail elevation initiatives.

Drive Seasonal Business Performance

Own Jordan seasonal priorities and account-level business targets across Taiwan.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive seasonal sell-in success and the achievement of commercial objectives.
Support pre-season planning, allocation management, and buy-plan optimization to ensure strong marketplace execution.
Partner during Order Book Reviews to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and align on key growth drivers, franchises, and strategic product priorities.

Manage End-to-End Marketplace Health

Partner with cross-functional teams to manage seasonal shipments, ensuring healthy inventory levels and strong sell-through performance.
Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, inventory efficiency, and profitability.
Provide recommendations on inventory actions, liquidation programs, RTV execution, and seasonal sales initiatives.

Elevate Retail And Marketplace Experiences

Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate Jordan Brand presentation and consumer experiences across key retail doors.
Support the development and execution of Jordan-only and strategically important retail concepts and marketplace initiatives.
Influence retail environment improvements and marketplace differentiation opportunities across priority partner locations.
Monitor fleet performance and provide insights to support long-term marketplace growth strategies.

Lead Account and Cross-Functional Partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and internal stakeholders in Taiwan.
Communicate Jordan Brand priorities, seasonal strategies, and marketplace direction consistently across partner organizations.
Facilitate regular cross-functional and partner engagement to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen marketplace collaboration.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, balancing brand ambition with sustainable commercial growth.

What You Bring

Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, Retail, Marketplace, or related commercial functions.
Strong understanding of wholesale business management, seasonal planning, sell-in, sell-through, inventory management, and retail execution.
Experience managing strategic partner relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage business insights, marketplace trends, and commercial KPIs to influence decisions.
Ability to translate brand strategies into account-level action plans and marketplace growth opportunities.
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.
Deep passion for sport, consumer culture, and the Jordan Brand.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with the Taiwan retail marketplace and consumer landscape is preferred.
Experience in the sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail industries is preferred.
