What you will do
Drive Growth and Profitability

Be a strategic mastermind: Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
Proactively expand scope: Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
Maximize renewals: Focus on selling new offerings while minimizing erosion to ensure our largest accounts flourish.
Own the P&L: Take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and account compliance.

Build Strategic Connections

Cultivate executive alliances: Create, maintain, and develop deep connections with top-level decision-makers.
Orchestrate the team: Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless management process from prospecting to closing.
Partner for scale: Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to join forces and conquer new deals.
Lead with industry expertise: Use your knowledge of external best practices to provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

Must be located within commutable distance to Chicago, IL, with ability to be at customer site up to 70%
Minimum of 5+ years experience running account P&L with experience managing sales process end-to-end
Proven track record of managing and modernizing healthcare payer applications
Healthcare experience and CxO relationships with BCBS.
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Ability to lead with a consultative approach, identify and create demand across all Kyndryl capabilities, and articulate business value to customers
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flat organizational culture embrace ambiguity and drive proactive outcomes

Preferred skills and experience

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $161,520 to $290,760 based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $193,920 to $348,840

California (All Other): $177,720 to $319,800

Colorado:$161,520 to $290,760

Massachusetts$161,520 to $319,800

New York City:$193,920 to $348,840

Washington:$177,720 to $319,800

Washington DC: $177,720 to $319,800

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
