Key Responsibilities

Act as a key resource to the manager by supporting team alignment, driving operational improvements, and resolving complex issues.
Develop and standardize training materials and process documentation to support team learning and consistency.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with FSO, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, and others to resolve complex issues and drive expedition strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence resource allocation, process development, and delivery commitments.
Handle complex customer requests and manage multi-site scenarios involving orders, billing, and entitlement.
Maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers resolve issues efficiently and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to system testing (RIT/UAT) and proactively resolve recurring system issues (e.g., B2B, ASN), recommending improvements.
Ensure operational processes meet compliance requirements and actively contribute to functional KPIs and strategic goals.
Strengthen customer relationships and maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers to resolve complex issues and drive improvement.
Independently manage MDG customer master setup and entitlement compliance across multiple sites.
