Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities for landed housing construction projects.
Monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
Support in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with design and specification.<
