1. Financial Accounting & Corporate Reporting

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and disclosure notes
Maintain accurate journal entries and allocations
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organization's financial transactions

2. Perform Tax Computations

Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization
Calculate taxable income and the income tax liabilities of the organization
Provide accurate and timely tax and financial reports to the relevant authorities

3. Support Strategic Planning Initiatives

4. Support Working Capital Management

Manage accounts payable and receivables to help the organization determine working capital needs and funding strategies
Calculate the cost of different types of capital financial instruments and the overall costs of capital for the organization
Provide data in relation to assets, capital rationing, and cost of capital

5. Support Internal & External Audit Activities

Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process
Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings
Implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls to prevent possible fraud and errors
Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings

6. Process Business Transactions & Reports using Information Technology Tools

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree specializing in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Strong business acumen and innovation
Outstanding leadership with strong energy level, and enthusiasm drive change and have impact

Experiences:

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in Construction & Building Development is preferred
Experience in MYOB is preferred
