How You will Make An Impact:

Collaborate with business, marketing, product, analytics, data science and Martech stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into audience strategies, segmentation logic, eligibility criteria and targeting recommendations for retention, upsell, cross-sell and next-best-action campaigns.
Maintain campaign configuration details and metadata required for execution, tracking and reporting. Perform pre-launch QA on audience counts, segmentation logic, exclusions, suppression rules, sample records, offer eligibility, channel eligibility and campaign setup.
Support the design and implementation of A/B tests, champion/challenger tests, holdout groups and control-group frameworks. Define campaign hypotheses, treatment groups, success metrics, measurement windows and evaluation approach.
Analyse campaign performance across customer segments, channels, offers, product lines, lifecycle stages, model-score bands and test/control groups. Present insights, hypotheses, recommendations and next steps to improve future campaigns.
Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and regular performance views. Track campaign metrics, data quality, tracking completeness, attribution consistency and performance anomalies.
Manage campaign analytics workstreams, timelines, dependencies, risks and follow-ups across cross-functional teams to support timely campaign delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, customer analytics, lifecycle marketing, CRM, digital marketing analytics or data-driven campaign operations.
Experience inMarketing analytics,Excel/SQL,Formulate hypothesis, conduct experiment, statistical knowledge andData platforms/visualization tools.
Understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, upsell, cross-sell, customer value management and digital/direct marketing channels.
