Lecturer (Advertising / Digital Marketing)

[What you will be working on]

Plan lessons, learning activities and resources and assessment that align with the learning outcomes of the lessons and the module/subject, incorporate active learning strategies and real-world/ industry-relevant contexts
Apply appropriate pedagogies and technologies in planning for lesson design, facilitation of content learning and application of knowledge
Participate actively in professional developmental activities such as industrial engagement and collaboration projects
Expand students learning experience by organising learning journeys, educational programmes, events, etc.

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for dedicated individuals with unique perspectives and the ability to deliver and excite, both in the classroom and in the realm of communication design processes. The candidate should have had relevant experience in:

Planning, managing and leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns - especially digital marketing campaigns - from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage and consistency in messaging and brand experience
Developing and executing advertising strategies and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are consistently achieved
Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance and key metrics to guide creative direction and support data-driven decision-making.
Leading the artistic development that utilises knowledge in photography, illustration, film, motion graphic and web-based content in the design of marketing and promotional materials across online, social media, and collateral to deliver compelling visual content
Managing and mentoring a team of art directors, graphic designers, photographers, and creative staff to enhance team performance and creativity

The candidate should:

Be passionate about channeling creativity and design into producing engaging, relevant content.
Have an interest in education and keen on mentoring, teaching and motivating youth and adult learners.
Possess strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks while managing simultaneous projects

Capabilities in the following areas will be advantageous:

Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms including social media content management systems and marketing automation software
Have the ability to contribute to applied projects, industry collaborations, or consultancy work.
