The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join Crimson Education's Singapore marketing team. In this role, you'll own end-to-end campaign planning, execution and content marketing, shaping how families discover, engage with and connect to our brand.

You'll work across multiple channels to build strong brand narratives, create compelling content (with a strong focus on long-form, lifecycle and campaign-driven content) and deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and see tangible impact from your work.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and content creation to launch, optimization and performance analysis
Create high-quality content for EDMs, blogs, website, digital ads, video and social channels, with an emphasis on long-form and campaign-led storytelling
Develop and manage blog and EDM content strategies to support lead generation, nurturing and conversion
Drive video content strategy and execution across digital channels and campaigns, shaping brand storytelling, student narratives and educational content
Collaborate with product, sales and service teams to translate program offerings into clear, compelling campaign narratives
Support PR and communications, including press materials, media interviews or inquiries and ensuring positive coverage
Manage creative production by briefing designers and overseeing visuals and video content
Track and optimize campaign performance using key metrics
Own timelines and budgets to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery

What skills and experience are required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience in branding, content marketing, PR, communications or advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency
Proven experience creating and managing content across channels, including long-form content (blogs, EDMs, website), with working knowledge of social and digital content
Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills, with a clear ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences
Experience with SEO and SEM, including content optimization and paid search campaigns, is a plus
Plan and execute communications strategies, including drafting media pitches and press releases, managing media outreach and inquiries
Comfortable managing content pipelines and calendars, from briefing to review to publication
Familiar with content performance metrics (e.g. engagement, CTR, conversion) and using data to inform optimization
Interest in education, student outcomes or global learning pathways; familiarity with admissions and international education systems is a plus
