Job Description:

We are seeking an experiencedSales Leaderto drive new business development acrossAPACin theFinancial Services and Retail sector, with a focus onretail card payments and digital payment solutions.

In this role, you will be the primary driver of greenfield growth, targeting Tier 1/2 banks, payment processors and capital market institutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and the ability to engage credibly with business and application stakeholders in banks, payment processors, card issuers, and merchant acquirers. This is an elite hunter role requiring deep domain knowledge of banking infrastructure, high value deal mechanics, and an extensive network within the regional financial ecosystem.

You will lead the sales strategy for afull-stack solutionthat combinesHPE NonStop Compute Server infrastructure, platform management, optional hosting, and anindustry-leading payments application layer. Our solutions enablepayments system modernization, adoption ofISO 20022 messaging standards, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

We work closely with leading ISV partners such asLusis,Omnipayments, and emerging payment solution vendors to design and integrate their software into the customer's IT and business landscape. The entire solution is delivered underHPE GreenLake as-a-Service, offering acloud-like consumption modelwith pricing based ontransaction usage.

Key Responsibilities

Greenfield Acquisition & Territory Growth

Drive New Logo Acquisition: Identify, target, and open doors at non-installed base Tier - 1/2 banks and FSI enterprises across APAC.
Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a qualified, 3x-4x multi-million dollar sales pipeline focused on mission critical core modernization.
Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through C-suite engagement, PoC execution and commercial close.

Strategic Value Selling & Modernization

Core Modernization Positioning: Pitch risk-mitigated migration strategies (e.g., Virtual NonStop / vNS, core hollowing, payment modernization) to CIOs, CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Infrastructure.
Consumption Economics: Champion the transition from traditional CapEx hardware sales to OpEx, pay-per-transaction consumption models via HPE GreenLake.
Value-Based Proposals: Articulate clear financial and risk-reduction business cases tailored to banking executives.

Ecosystem & Alliance Co-Selling

ISV & GSI Engagement: Partner closely with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and regional Financial Services Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive joint GTM motions and co-selling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architects, Product Management, and Local HPE Account Teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of successful enterprise sales / business development experience selling high-value IT infrastructure, core banking software, or cloud modernization solutions into the FSI sector.
Proven Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding quotas ($5M+ ARR/TCV) and closing complex, multi-million-dollar greenfield deals with major regional banks in APAC.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of mission-critical banking architectures (payments, core banking, switching, clearing) and regulatory compliance requirements across APAC markets.
Strategic Partnering: Ability to leverage GSI and ISV partner networks as force multipliers in account pursuits.
Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies inAPAC.
