Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the design, review, and maintenance of the organization's job architecture, job evaluation methodology, job leveling framework, salary structures, and career frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Lead or support annual compensation review activities, including merit increases, market adjustments, bonus planning, salary budgeting, promotion reviews, and pay governance processes
Participate in global and regional compensation benchmarking surveys, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations on market positioning and pay competitiveness
Conduct compensation analyses including internal pay equity, pay compression, gender pay analysis, and workforce cost modelling to support informed business decisions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders
Support HR technology initiatives, including HRIS, compensation management systems, and reporting automation to improve operational efficiency
Maintain accurate Total Rewards data, documentation, reporting systems, and SharePoint resources while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Support global mobility administration by coordinating assignment compensation calculations, cost projections, allowances, and policy maintenance
Support the implementation, administration, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, recognition, and other total rewards programs

Qualifications:

Ideally degree qualified in business/HR management with 5 to 8 years of total rewards experience
Demonstrated experience supporting Total Rewards programs across multiple countries and diverse regulatory environments
Strong experience managing annual compensation review cycles, salary structures, incentive planning, salary surveys, and job evaluation exercises
Experience developing job architecture, career frameworks, and job leveling methodologies is highly desirable
Experience conducting compensation benchmarking using reputable market survey providers (e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Aon, Radford, or equivalent)
Exposure to global mobility, expatriate compensation, or international assignment administration is advantageous
Proven experience performing compensation analysis, workforce analytics, cost modelling, and data-driven decision support
Experience supporting or implementing HRIS, compensation management, and workforce planning systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelling
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools
