About the Job

Manage and maintain train asset records, equipment data, and serial numbers within the asset management system.
Coordinate train handover activities and ensure all technical documentation is complete and up to date.
Track rolling stock modifications, equipment replacements, and maintenance work orders.
Support project documentation, submissions, approvals, and progress tracking.
Consolidate handover documents, including operational certificates, vehicle records, and completion documentation.
Raise purchase orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Monitor submission of as-built drawings and engineering documents to ensure timely completion.
Administer project document management systems and user access.
Provide project coordination and administrative support as required by the Project Director.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience in project administration
Experience in using Maximo; organized company ceremonies and events
Efficient skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding/ knowledge of the EPC (Engineering / Procurement/ Construction) projects
Prepared to learn
Good interpersonal skills; a team player.
