Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Familiarity with best practices in IT service management and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
