You will assist clients with their insurance enquiries, source competitive quotations from insurers, manage policy renewals, and ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to client enquiries by providing accurate insurance information to support their decision-making and coverage needs
Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotations tailored to clients preferences, budgets, and benefit requirements
Follow up with insurers to secure timely issuance of quotations and insurance policies, ensuring seamless client experience
Manage insurance renewal processes by proactively contacting clients and coordinating with insurers to maintain continuous coverage
Participate in marketing and business development activities to enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth initiatives
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, quotations, and policy documents to facilitate efficient service delivery
