Job Description

Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing
Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
Coordinate closely with regional affiliates, logistics providers and external partners to achieve service level targets
Maintain visibility of inventory positions and identify potential stock risks
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer service and commercial stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects and other ad hoc assignments
Ensure efficient order processing and supply continuity across APAC markets

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
Minimally 5 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations
Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or regulated industries will be advantageous
Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment activities
Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems or similar order management platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
