Job Summary

Join our boutique Pilates studio as a Marketing & Operations Intern to co-create marketing campaigns, produce engaging content, and support daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in brand development and customer service.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and the website to engage and grow the community
Capture and edit photography and video content that reflects the studio's energy and brand identity
Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive studio environment
Manage the booking system efficiently to support smooth studio operations
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
Adapt to flexible work arrangements, including working from home one day per week after training

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, or Design
Demonstrated passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation with a willingness to contribute ideas and learn
Artistic skills in photography and video production, comfortable appearing in social media videos
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, sociable, and proactive attitude
Organized, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving in a dynamic environment
Personal Instagram account with over 1,000 followers is a plus, indicating social media savvy

Other Information

Full-time internship for 3 to 6 months
Monthly allowance: $700 (Diploma) to $1,000 (Bachelor)
