Job Responsibilities:

Provide frontline customer service support by attending to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries, assisting with customer registration, online applications, and digital service adoption
Perform administrative and operational support duties, including data entry, document management, appointment coordination, equipment setup, event logistics, follow-ups, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Escalate unresolved matters to the relevant department when necessary
Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Available for both office-hour positions and shift work, including weekends and public holidays
