Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-termleasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Manage and oversee leasing matters for assigned retail mall spaces.
Handle lease negotiations, renewals, expiries, documentation and relatedfollow-ups.
Review tenant performance and provide recommendations to supportlong-term tenancy plans.
Identify and propose suitable new brands and retail concepts for themall.
Support the planning of tenant mix strategies to maximise occupancy andrental returns.
Prepare leasing reports, updates and other relevant documentation formanagement review.
