Lenovo Data Center Group is currently seeking a system integration test engineer.

Position Requirements

Review design documents (MRD, SPEC, etc.)
Identify and implement NUDD test cases
Deliver test strategy/plan/cases/report
Research new technologies for future validation enablement, including Identify new tool and automation requirements
Communicate with project team, development team to deliver information to test execution team.
Plan and control test schedule and test resources (man power, SUT, material parts).
Manage and track defect status.
Highlight project risks, critical defects and report test status to project team and manager.

Background:

Bachelor degree or above.
5+ years of directly related experience, preferably server or storage products. It is better to have in project management.
Be familiar with CPU, Memory, Storage and Network device.
Be familiar with System UEFI and BMC.
Be familiar with Windows/RHEL/SLES/VMware OS
Excellent cross-function communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills. PMP is preferred.
Excellent problem solving skills and the capacity to think out of the box.
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
