Administrative Support (Manufacturing) - Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the production, operations, and management teams.
Prepare, maintain, and update production records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate daily administrative activities, including filing, data entry, and document control.
Process purchase requisitions, work orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Maintain inventory records and assist in tracking raw materials, consumables, and office supplies.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
Support production scheduling by updating work plans and communicating schedule changes.
Monitor attendance records, overtime, leave applications, and timesheets for production personnel.
Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative support for new employees.
Maintain accurate records related to quality, safety, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
Ensure confidential handling of company documents and employee information.
Support audits by organizing and retrieving required documentation.
Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office logistics.
Monitor office and production administrative supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement activities.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
