Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing leadership to a team of Accounts Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow management.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 2-4 Accounts Executives to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of accounting activities.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience managing a team and reviewing the work of accounting staff.
Experience liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

职位要求

持有会计、金融或相关专业学士学位。
拥有专业会计资格(如 ACCA、CPA、CA 或同等资格)者优先考虑。
