The Role

We are looking for a Regional Alliance Director to manage a portfolio of industrial properties and lead a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and foster long-term partnerships.

A Typical Day May Involve

Lead and mentor a cohesive, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes while transforming facility management services.
Collaborate with regional and global leaders to align strategies and expand service offerings, boosting market share and profitability.
Implement business strategies to cultivate profitable client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and negotiate contracts for maximum value.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through regular engagement and tailored solutions.
Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Need

Master's degree (MA, MS, or MBA) preferred, with leadership experience in manufacturing operations and facility management.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex reports and make impactful recommendations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
