MSSG is looking for a Treasury professional to manage daily cash operations, banking matters, FX exposure, and regulatory reporting, while supporting overall treasury and financial risk management activities.

Job Scope

Handles daily cash management activities including ensuring sufficient funds to meet daily obligation, loan drawdowns, deposit placements and resolving any cash/payment issues
Manages bank account opening and closure, maintenance of bank account mandate and e-banking access maintenance
Monitors foreign currency exposure and executes FX deals with banks to hedge the exposures
Reviews FX quotes and ensure rates are applied correctly
Monitors margins requirements with various counterparties and ensure margin call meet promptly
Liaises with banks on banking related matters
Checks wire transfer requests
Downloads reports from various prime brokers
Prepares daily Risk-based Capital reporting
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reporting to regulator
Compiles data from various sources for MIS interest allocation reporting
Handles various reports for management
Handles any ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/Business/Banking/Finance or other related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Team player, meticulous and able to perform well under pressure
Self-driven, has a positive attitude to learning and able to work independently
Able to work under tight deadlines
