Description

As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) you will take a leadership position in driving new business opportunities for Supply Chain Solutions, developing strategic sales initiatives, and qualifying high-potential leads. You will collaborate with senior sales leadership, account executives, and other teams to identify target markets, engage prospects, and contribute to Infor's overall sales objectives. This is a dynamic and challenging role, ideal for someone who has a track record of success in business development and is ready to take their career to the next level.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

To prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media channels.
To work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted prospecting strategies, focusing on high-value prospects in specific industries and markets.
To qualify leads based on company needs, decision-making processes, and potential fit with Infor's solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to Account Executives for further sales development.
To research target industries, market trends, and competitor activities to better position Infor's value proposition and engage prospects effectively.
To assist in managing the sales pipeline by identifying roadblocks and helping sales teams close deals.
To provide regular updates to sales leadership on lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, and performance metrics.
To provide guidance and support to junior BDRs, helping them develop their skills and achieve sales goals.

Basic Qualifications

Experience working in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
Experience developing and implementing sales processes, strategies, and identifying industry trends.
Experience in outbound prospection/cold colling.
Presentation experience, being able to engage and build rapport with prospects and present to all levels of an organization.
Experience working with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Nav.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Supply Chain.
Experience mentoring/coaching team members.
Experience working with sales leadership to develop and implement sales best practices.
