Job Purpose: Drive the future of wealth management

Join DBS Bank, a leader in wealth management, and play a key role in shaping our investment product offerings. As an Investment Product Manager, you will leverage your expertise to develop and manage a suite of innovative investment products, catering to the diverse needs of our high-net-worth clients. Key Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, and alternative investments within the Consumer Banking Group.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, legal, compliance, operations) to bring new products and features to market.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and deliver product training to internal stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidates

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of investment/ treasury products and markets.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Project management experience is a plus.
