The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance executives through advising, implementing, and delivering service solutions that help our clients develop strategies and capabilities to transform finance, support enterprise-wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. The team advises our clients on the transformational outcomes achievable through a range of digital tools and implement the one that suits clients business needs. As a rapidly growing SEA practice, we strive to find high caliber team members to build a world class Finance & Enterprise Performance practice.

We are looking for experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultants to join our team to deliver enterprise-scale financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of OneStream solution. You will work alongside solution architects, finance SMEs, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Design and configure multi-dimensional data models for financial consolidation and financial planning
Develop business rules (VB.NET/C#) to automate complex calculation logic
Develop dashboards and reports using OneStream's native reporting tools
Build data integration with source systems using OneStream's Data Management framework
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirement phase to deployment

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with:

Tertiary qualification in a business, technology or finance discipline.
Minimum 4 years working experience in implementation of OneStream or comparable EPM platforms (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM [FCCS/EPBCS], Jedox, Board, Hyperion HFM/Planning, SAP BPC, or Cognos TM1) with at least one full lifecycle implementation focusing on financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting.
Strong technical aptitude, including experience with scripting or programming logic (e.g., VB.NET, C#, or SQL) and multi-dimensional data modeling.
Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & / or financial consolidation or planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.
Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
