We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director.

Responsibilities

1 Source tendering information and make recommendations to the General Manager/ Director

2 Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions

3 Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions

4 Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules

5 Ensure compliance with
