The Role

As an L3 Device Management Specialist, you are the Tier‑3 (SME) escalation point for enterprise endpoint management. You ensure reliable, secure and compliant management of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices by defining and enforcing standards across enrollment, policies, packaging, patching and compliance. While Workspace ONE tenant administration is part of the role, the primary focus is L3 engineering work: complex troubleshooting, , patch/vulnerability strategy, automation at scale, and delivery governance (rings, pilots, phased rollouts). You lead RCA/Problem activities, secure changes through CAB discipline, and enable L2 through runbooks and coaching.

Key Skills

. Strong Workspace ONE expertise (policies/profiles, compliance, smart groups, Intelligence, automation)

. Patch/vulnerability management methods (rings, validation, remediation governance)

. Troubleshooting depth across OSes and UEM components (agent, certificates, policy conflicts)

. Automation: PowerShell + Bash/Python fundamentals API usage Git practices

. PKI/SCEP fundamentals Entra ID join and device access principles

. ITIL v4 (Incident/Problem/Change) and RCA mindset strong documentation discipline

Nice to have:

Advanced packaging and deployment engineering (Win32/MSIX, macOS pkg, mobile managed apps, scripting)

Languages

. English: at least B1 level required

.FrenchorItalian is an advantage

Required Experience

. 3+ years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier‑3 troubleshooting responsibilities

. Demonstrated experience delivering standards for packaging, patching and compliance at enterprise scale
