Key Responsibilities

Manage and support IT infrastructure and operational services, including end-user computing environments.
Govern and oversee infrastructure services delivered by outsourcing partners and managed service providers, including vendor management, contract administration, and billing matters.
Lead or participate in infrastructure-related projects such as technology refresh initiatives, system upgrades, cloud migrations, and implementation of new infrastructure capabilities.
Perform day-to-day IT operations activities, including incident management, service request fulfilment, change management, and application support.
Coordinate and drive IT Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, recovery strategies, and execution with relevant stakeholders.
Support IT audit activities and ensure timely resolution of audit findings and compliance requirements.
Ensure infrastructure solutions and service delivery comply with internal policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, maintain, and document IT operational procedures, standards, and knowledge base materials.
Manage system and network patching, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimisation activities.
Assess infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, availability, and efficiency.
Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing activities comply with established governance, security, and company guidelines.

Key Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Networking, Backup & Recovery, and Security technologies.
Experience working within Banking, Insurance, or other Financial Services environments is advantageous.
Knowledge of Technology Risk Management (TRM) frameworks and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud, Networking, Security, or related disciplines are advantageous.
Good understanding and practical experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
Exposure to infrastructure project delivery, technology upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging internal users, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
